Dr. Peter Reynolds has been treating sports injuries in athletes for over 25 years. He attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree as well as for medical school. His residency training was at the University of Minnesota where he also completed a sports medicine fellowship. While at the University of Minnesota, he was team physician for the football, basketball, hockey and wrestling students. Locally, he has been the team physician for both Cabrillo College and Soquel High School as well as the department chairman for orthopaedic surgery at Dominican Hospital. Dr. Reynolds performs shoulder and knee arthroscopy, and total joint replacements of the shoulder, knee and hip, including minimally invasive hip and knee replacements. Locally, he has been Department Chair for Orthopedic Surgery at Dominican Santa Cruz Hospital as well as team physician for both Cabrillo College and Soquel High School. His interests outside of orthopaedics include snowboarding, scuba and free diving. |
